Directions from the NORTH
Take I-25 South to Exit 197 Arapahoe Road. From the off-ramp traffic light take a
right (west) onto Arapahoe Rd. Drive for approximately 4 miles on
Arapahoe Rd until you reach University Blvd. Cross University Blvd
and make your first right (north) into the S.G. Plaza / 1st Bank parking lot. Our
office is located in suite 100 of the S.G. Plaza Office Building.
Directions from the SOUTH
Take I-25 North to Exit 197 Arapahoe Rd. Take a left (west) onto Arapahoe
Rd. Drive for approximately 4 miles on Arapahoe Rd until you reach
University Blvd. Cross University Blvd and make your first right (north)
into the S.G. Plaza / 1st Bank parking lot. Our office is located in suite 100 of
the S.G. Plaza Office Building.
Directions from the WEST
Take I-70 East to the C-470 junction. Merge onto C-470 East via Exit 260 towards
Colorado Springs. Stay on C-470 for about 20 miles until Exiting at CO-177
University Blvd. From the off-ramp traffic light take a left (north) onto University Blvd. Take University Blvd 2.2 miles until reaching
Arapahoe Rd. You will see the 1st Bank on the northwest corner of the
intersection. Take a left (west) onto Arapahoe Rd and once on Arapahoe
Rd immediately take your first right (north) into the S.G. Plaza / 1st Bank
parking lot. Our office is located in suite 100 of the S.G. Plaza Office
Building.
Directions from the EAST
Take I-225 South toward Aurora/Colorado Springs. Travel 13 miles on I-225 until
the I–25 juncture. Merge onto I-25 South via Exit 1A towards Colorado Springs.
From I-25 exit 197 Arapahoe Rd. From the off-ramp traffic light take a right
(west) onto Arapahoe Rd. Drive for approximately 4 miles on Arapahoe
Rd until you reach University Blvd. Cross University Blvd and make
your first right (north) into the S.G. Plaza / 1st Bank parking lot. Our office
is located in suite 100 of the S.G. Plaza Office Building.
