ANN ALLOTT - Immigration Lawyer

Before joining the Allott Immigration Law Firm, Beatriz Lynch’s law practice centered on international transactions, intellectual property and alternative dispute resolution.
Beatriz has worked at international law firms in Santiago, Chile and in New York City. Most recently, she was a member of the international arbitration group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP in New York City where she worked on resolving large oil disputes between international companies.

Bea is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

CINDY CONTI - Senior Immigration Paralegal

Cindy Conti has worked in employment-based immigration for 22 years. Her expertise is in labor certifications, nonimmigrant visa (NIV) and immigrant visa (IV) petitions, and adjustment of status applications.

JEN McCROSKEY – Legal Assistant

Jen is a native of Colorado and earned her Associates Degree from Front Range Community College in 2004. Jen maintains and oversees the day to day functions of the office and works closely with Ann Allott. She has over 10 years of office support experience with 3 of those years in a law office.

JULIE ESCALANTE – Legal Assistant

Before moving to Colorado from California in 1995, Julie worked for a private law firm for five years. For the past eleven years Julie has worked as a director with a local non-profit.

MILY JELINEK – Front Desk Administrator

Mily is originally from Argentina, where she graduated from law school.  She will be working on her US law degree at night, and is interested in studying immigration law.  Mily speaks fluent Spanish and English.  She worked in a law firm in Argentina for four years while in university.

PAT ERICKSON – Financial Manager

Pat Erickson has more than 25 years of accounting experience in several different industries, including IT and software.  She is experienced with MS Excel, Word, Peachtree, and QuickBooks software.  Pat is an experienced accounting professional with responsibilities for daily and monthly accounting activities.  She is a native Coloradan.
